POSTAGE

Postage is only available to major metro areas (Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra) with some exclusions to Western Australia locations, regional areas, far Qld, & Northern Territory. Items are dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment has been cleared. Please allow 5-7 business days for all metro deliveries. Please message us your postcode if you are unsure whether your address falls under the delivery area.

 

All deliveries are conducted on weekdays. Items will be shipped to registered address; we do not ship to PO Boxes & lockers. Please ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided upon checkout including preferred contact number for couriers. All delivery services are conducted with trusted external couriers.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note that colours or shades of the item in the photos may vary to that of real life.

 

We check all our goods before dispatch to ensure they are not damaged before we sell them. They are very well packed. Please check all items for any damage on delivery. If there is any fault, please contact us immediately. Goods are also available for pickup by appointment only from Caroline Springs 3023, Melbourne.

 

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied or not happy with your purchase and you would like to return your item, please contact us at the earliest. We always strive to resolve any issues in a timely fashion and want you to be happy with the product that you would have purchased. We value your feedback and our feedback profile highly.

 

Please note, in case of return due to change of mind, you must organise and pay for the delivery charges back to our address. All items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and must be in the original packing without any damage. If these conditions are not satisfied, then the refund will not be processed. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.

 

PAYMENT

Buyers can choose to pay via Bank Transfer, PayPal or cash / EFTPOS / credit / debit card upon pickup.

 

If payment is made via bank transfer, please ensure you include your name as reference and notify us once the payment has been made. Buyers must take note that payments made via bank deposit / transfers and PayPal also require additional time to clear. All payments need to be strictly cleared prior to dispatch.
